Windows 10 Wi-Fi

Changed Password Whenever you change your University of Akron password, the Wifi on Roo-Secure may no longer work for you. To remedy this, you need to forget the Roo-Secure network and then reconnect to it.

Remove/Forget Roo-Secure on Windows 10

1.	Click on the wireless network icon on the bottom taskbar.
2.	Right click on the area where it says Roo-Secure, and then click Forget.
3.	You are now disconnected from Roo-Secure.

Set up Roo-Secure on Windows 10

1.	Click on the wireless network icon on the bottom taskbar.
2.	Click on Roo Secure, and then click on Connect .
3.	A message may come up asking if you would like to continue connecting. If it does, click Connect.
4.	You will now be prompted for a user name and password. The user name is your UANet ID, and the password is your University of Akron password. Enter these and then click OK.
5.	If you've entered your user name and password correctly, you will now be connected to Roo-Secure.
