PeopleSoft Access is not permitted through the VPN unless you have been granted prior permission and clearance. If you feel you need such access, contact the Support Center to begin the request process

VPN

A Virtual Private Network uses an existing Internet connection to establish a direct link to the campus network.
This is useful in obtaining network drives such as the H: drive.
Please note that the university only officially supports Windows and Mac Computers.

Setup (FortiClient)

This is the VPN client that all users should be using.

If you are using a University owned Windows machine you can download this VPN at the following link: "https://www.fortinet.com/support-and-training/support/product-downloads.html".

Forticlient VPN Setup

If you are using a University owned Mac, FortiClient should already be installed. If it is not, please bring your Mac on campus and connect it to the network with a hard-wired connection.
If you're still having issues, please contact the help desk at 330.972.6888 to create a ticket.

These clients are being phased out, all users should be switching to Forticlient (see above).
