Google Apps Outlook 2007/2010/2013

Outlook 2007 Setup

  1. Click/Select Start -> Control Panel -> Mail
  2. Click/Select E-Mail Accounts…
  3. Click/Select “New”
    • If you already have a account configured you may delete that because the e-mail should already be migrated to the and the will no longer receive incoming email
  4. Click/Select “Microsoft Exchange, Pop, IMAP, or HTTP”
Step 4
  1. Click/select “Next”
  2. Click/Select “Manually configure server settings or additional server types” at the bottom of the window
  3. Click/Select “Next”
  4. Click/Select “Internet E-Mail”
  5. Click/Select “Next”
  6. Enter
    • Your Name
    • E-Mail address (
    • Incoming Mail Server:
    • Outgoing Mail Server:
    • User Name: Your UANET
    • Password:Your password
  7. Click/Select “More Settings…”
  8. Click/Select “Outgoing Server” tab
  9. Click/Select “My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication” box
  10. Click/Select “Advanced” tab
  11. Click/Select “This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL)” box
  12. In the “Outgoing server (SMTP)” box enter, 465
  13. Click/Select “OK”
  14. Click/Select “Finish”
