Edit Proofpoint Safe Block Lists

How to add an email address to the Proofpoint Safe or Blocked sender's list in an Exchange Account.

  • Open an email from the Proofpoint System.
  • Click on the Manage My Account button and a new window will open.

  • Links to access both the Safe and Block Sender's lists will be available.
  • Click on the list that you want to add the email address to.

  • Then click on New to add the email address.
  • Logout when done.
