Windows Mobile 6
Windows Mobile 6 (WM6) is the latest version of Microsoft's operating system for mobile computing devices, in particular, cellular phones or "pocket PCs" (PPC). The platform allows for .NET implementation, integration with several Microsoft enterprise systems like Office and Outlook, 3D applications, media playback, and most of what is possible with a traditional Windows computer. Additionally, WM6 integrates fully with Microsoft's email and productivity product, Outlook, with the installation of an extender to the Microsoft Exchange Server. Currently, the University of Akron supports and has installed the extender.
