Changing your UAnet Password
You can reset your password by either logging into GOZIPS or by logging into ZIPLINE. Additionally, you can call the ZipSupport Center at (330)972-6888. (Wayne Campus can visit the Wayne College Help Desk Room F112)
Passwords must be at least 8 characters long and contain at least one letter and one number. Passwords must be changed every 6 months, reminder emails will be sent to your UA email shortly before expiration.
After navigating to http://gozips.uakron.edu you will need to log in with your UAnetID and password.
After logging in, click on the password tab at the top of the screen.
Click on the link that reads "Change the password of my UAnet ID."
Enter in the information that is requested, click on submit, and you will have successfully changed your UAnet password
