Faculty/Staff Setup

1. Go to Applications and select Versamail
2. Open the Account Setup screen

  • Open the Menus
  • Select Accounts, then Account setup
  • Select New

3. Enter your account information

  • In the account name field, enter UAnet Exchange
  • The Mail Service should be Exchange Activesync
  • Click Next

4. Enter your username and password

  • Enter your UAnetID
  • Enter your UAnetID password
  • Hit Next

5. Enter your email address as UAnetID@uakron.edu and the Mail Server as exchange.uanet.edu

6. Test Settings

  • If you test the settings it should give a success message or an error. If it is successful, go ahead and click Done. If not, hit the previous button and check settings again.
