- SCSS, as it is commonly referred to, is for computer issues that may take longer than a walk-in visit at 52C. This service is for all active students. Also, faculty and staff members may take their University owned machines here if they are experiencing hardware issues. These services include, but are not limited to: a wide range of hardware issues, virus scans, reformats, software installation, operating system errors, etc. Please be sure to allow a fair amount of time for your issue. These issues can take a good amount of time to complete so you may have to allow several days for the job depending on the technician's workload.
