- 52c, as it is commonly referred to, is the main walk-in support office for ZipSupport. Usually, our office is the first level for all computer related isssues. We can handle a Wireless Setup, password resets, antivirus installs, basic software and hardware configurations, etc. At this time, this office does not have the resources to deal with issues that will take a fair amount of time. If this occurs, you will be directed to the Lincoln Building. These problems will include re-formats, operating system errors, long-term software/hardware issues, etc.
